CV-05 BURN IN TEST CARD 

Function Description:

* CV-05 is the development of model: CV-04.

* Suitable for PC AT/386/486/586/686/PII/PIII...compatible system.

* CV-05 with two functions;

1.POST function:

After motherboard power on, run POST(=Power-On-Self-Test) immediately, and use TEST

CARD read BIOS.check point value, compare error code display value with BIOS ERROR

CODE message, will know defective position. Also can use TEST CARD for software program

check point display.

Note: This TEST CARD only troubleshooting on POWER-ON.procession, when into

DOS/WIN system no more.HARDWARE DEBUGGER function, if need more functions.

TEST CARD try model: CV-2, CV-3, CV-4 series.

2.RESET function:

With FOUR different RESET time, no need power off.can AUTO RESET motherboard

again, after every.reset, all peripheral and IC/CHIPSET will be RESET.to initial status, so

logic gate always ON-OFF in.uninterrupt power source, and the unreliable PART.will

damage, or CMOS SETUP data will lost...this is.hardware burn in Test function execution.

The whole system computer lift test for 24-48-72...hours, combine software with hardware

burn in test, will get high quality.

Suggestion:

1.For motherboard manufacturer:

Use CV-05 do burn in test, just only CPU, BIOS be inserted. however, the display card,

keyboard, hard/floppy disk drive, and other peripheries...won't be needed anymore, then

you can run a DYNAMIC.BURN IN TEST for more qualified results.

2.For ADD_ON card manufacturer:

Can insert several interface cards into motherboard.at the same time, use CV-05 RESET

function to do hardware burn in test for ADD_ON cards.

3.For Engineer:

Usually use OSCILLOSCOPE probe to measure signal on.POWER ON-OFF, can use

CV-05 RESET function instead of .POWER SWITCH ON-OFF, or short motherboard

RESET PIN.HEADER.

CV-05x BURN IN TEST CARD 

Function Description:

* CV-05x is the development of model:CV-05.

* Most functions same as CV-05, addition;

1.Offer two BIOS check point, PORT 80H and 300H.

2.Setup AEN signal H/L or DISable/ENAble.

CV-06 BURN IN TEST CARD

Function Description:

* All functions same as CV-05.

* Difference: Move DIGITs displayed to one display box,.more easier to view error code.

CV-06x BURN IN TEST CARD 

Function Description:

* CV-06x is the development of model: CV-06.

* Most functions same as CV-06, addition;

1.Offer two BIOS check point, PORT 80H and 300H.

2.Setup AEN signal H/L or DISable/ENAble.
