A. Function:
1. This card test "Open/Short" circuits for expansion slot(card edge) of PC mother boards,
and also test "Open/Short" circuits for Add-on card gold fingers.
2. Too many circuits between mother board and Bus-Slot, so if mother board dead, shall
test circuits open/short at first, it's helpful for repair.
B. Open-Short Test Card Merits:
1. Save money: Avoid bad Add-on card-PCB burn down Add-on card or bad mother board
burn down Add-on card, Hard-disk...
2. Save time: Open / short test complete only take few minutes, for pin to pin Add-on card
gold finger or circuits between mother board and Bus-Slot.
3. Convenient: Easy use and carry.
4. Powerful:
a. Just test one-pin, can find out multi-pin shortage.
b. Test Open/Short no need Oscilloscope and Meter, because Scope very
difficult to distinguish HI-level and VCC, LOW-level and GND signal.
