Function Description:

1. If motherboard use Firmware Hub BIOS, doesn't support ISA bus BIOS,can use

PCI-to-ISA bridge card to convert PCI bus into ISA bus for Flash ROM/EPROM BIOS.

2. LED inductor: 3.3V, +5V, GND, RST(ReSeT), IORDY(I/O channel ReaDY), PRST(PCI ReSeT)
